AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Every Nation Coders ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), based in the Philippines.

We operate ENConnect (the "Services"), a progressive web application that helps Every Nation small group leaders, campus missionaries, and authorized administrators manage ministry workflows— including areas such as home, calendar, groups, connect, and profile features as they are released.

ENConnect uses account-based sign-in with your Every Nation email and password. Access to most app features requires an authenticated session.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Every Nation Coders, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES.

Supplemental terms or policies posted on the Services from time to time are incorporated by reference. We may update these Legal Terms at any time by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date where shown. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Services are intended for authorized Every Nation ministry leaders, campus missionaries, small group leaders, and administrators. Users under 18 may use the Services only with appropriate parental, guardian, or organizational consent.

We recommend that you keep a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information and features provided through ENConnect are offered for use by authorized users in connection with Every Nation ministry activities. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable local laws if you access the Services from outside the Philippines.

ENConnect is provided as a progressive web app (PWA) and may be installed on supported devices for offline-capable or app-like access where technically supported. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1. Our intellectual property

We own or license the intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks and service marks used in connection with ENConnect (the "Marks").

The Content and Marks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Legal Terms, you may not use the Content or Marks without our prior written consent.

2.2. Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your authorized Every Nation ministry purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Services or Content except as expressly allowed. Any unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.

If you wish to use the Services, Content, or Marks beyond this license, contact everynationcoders@gmail.com.

2.3. Your submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other information about the Services ("Submissions"), you grant us the right to use those Submissions without restriction or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

You represent that your Submissions are lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are authorized to use an Every Nation account and to access ministry data made available to you through the Services.
2. Information you provide is true, accurate, and kept up to date where required.
3. You have legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms, or you have required parental, guardian, or organizational consent if you are a minor in your jurisdiction.
4. You will not access the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar) except as we expressly permit.
5. Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
6. You will use the Services only for legitimate Every Nation ministry purposes.

We may suspend or refuse access if information you provide is false, misleading, or incomplete, or if you breach these Legal Terms.

4. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

Access to protected areas of ENConnect requires sign-in with your Every Nation email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at everynationcoders@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Legal Terms or that pose a security risk.

5. SERVICES AND FEATURES

ENConnect provides tools to support ministry leadership workflows, which may include:

• A home dashboard and related summaries
• Calendar scheduling and viewing
• Small group ("My Groups") management
• Connect and creation flows for ministry interactions
• Profile and account management, including sign-out

We strive to keep the Services reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, improvement, security, or operational reasons.

Some features may be labeled as in development or unavailable during rollout. Your use of preview or incomplete features is at your own risk.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

The Services are currently provided without charging users through ENConnect itself. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide applicable terms and update these Legal Terms and our Privacy Policy as needed.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information—including account sign-in data, session cookies, and ministry-related information you enter in the app.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. The Services rely on backend and authentication infrastructure (including InsForge) hosted or processed in connection with our operations, primarily in the Philippines and through our service providers.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services except as we make them available for authorized ministry purposes. As a user, you agree not to:

• 8.1. Systematically retrieve or scrape data from the Services to build a competing database or directory without written permission.
• 8.2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems connected to the Services.
• 8.3. Circumvent security features, including authentication, access controls, or rate limits.
• 8.4. Use the Services to harass, abuse, defame, discriminate against, or harm others.
• 8.5. Upload or transmit malware, spam, or material that disrupts the Services.
• 8.6. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Every Nation.
• 8.7. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• 8.8. Reverse engineer or decompile the Services except where expressly permitted by law.
• 8.9. Use automated scripts or bots to access the Services without our permission.
• 8.10. Share ministry or personal data obtained through the Services in a way that violates privacy expectations, organizational policy, or law.
• 8.11. Use the Services for unrelated commercial advertising or solicitation without authorization.
• 8.12. Remove or obscure proprietary notices on the Services.

9. USER CONTENT AND MINISTRY DATA

You may enter or manage ministry-related information through the Services (for example, group details, calendar items, or connection notes). You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you submit and for having any necessary consent from individuals whose information you record.

You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and back up that information solely to operate and improve the Services. You retain ownership of your content subject to this license and our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or unrelated to authorized ministry use.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

Feedback you provide about the Services may be used by us without obligation to compensate you, consistent with Section 2.3.

11. GUIDELINES FOR CONTENT

When entering information in ENConnect, you agree that content will be:

1. Accurate and relevant to legitimate ministry use
2. Free of abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language
3. Respectful of others' privacy and dignity
4. Compliant with applicable law and Every Nation policies communicated to you

12. MOBILE APPLICATION AND PWA

ENConnect is delivered as a web application and may be installed as a PWA on supported devices. If we distribute native mobile apps in app stores in the future, additional platform-specific terms may apply and will be posted or presented at download.

For PWA installation, you agree to use the installed app in accordance with these Legal Terms and your device’s applicable store or browser policies.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA

ENConnect does not provide social network login. We do not import your social media profiles through OAuth-style social buttons.

14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or transactions. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. ADVERTISERS

We do not display third-party advertising in ENConnect for unrelated products or services.

16. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor use for violations of these Legal Terms, investigate misuse, cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate, and restrict or terminate access to protect the Services, users, and our rights.

17. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please review it to understand our practices.

18. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may deny or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Legal Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

19. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for modification, suspension, or discontinuance, or for downtime caused by maintenance, updates, or factors outside our reasonable control.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. You and Every Nation Coders consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for disputes arising from these Legal Terms, subject to the dispute resolution section below.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

21.1. Informal Negotiations

Before initiating formal proceedings (other than claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property enforcement), the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice from one party to the other.

21.2. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including questions of existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under rules agreed by the parties or, failing agreement, under applicable arbitration rules in the Philippines. The seat of arbitration shall be Pasay City, Philippines. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing substantive law shall be the laws of the Philippines.

21.3. Restrictions

Arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. Class arbitration and representative actions are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law.

21.4. Exceptions

Disputes relating to intellectual property enforcement, unauthorized access, or requests for injunctive relief may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

22. CORRECTIONS

Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update descriptions without prior notice.

23. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

24. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE LEGAL TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

25. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your breach of these Legal Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

26. USER DATA

We maintain account and ministry-related data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. We are not responsible for data you export or share outside the Services.

27. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Using ENConnect and providing your email constitutes consent to receive communications electronically where permitted by law. You agree that electronic agreements and notices satisfy legal writing requirements where applicable.

28. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

ENConnect does not send SMS text messages as part of the core Services unless we explicitly add that feature and notify you.

29. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours. There is no partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship created by these Legal Terms.
